We stand behind ROOVA Density. Use it daily as directed for 60 days. If you don't notice a visible difference in how full your hair looks and feels, we'll refund every penny — even if the bottle is empty. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email contact@roovalabs.com with:
- Your order number
- The name on the order
That's it. You do not need to ship the empty or used bottles back to us. Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time depends on your bank or card issuer).
Eligibility
- The guarantee applies to your first order of ROOVA Density.
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of your order's delivery date.
- ROOVA products are sold exclusively at roovalabs.com. We cannot honor guarantees or refunds for products purchased from Amazon, eBay, or any third-party marketplace — those are counterfeit and not genuine ROOVA products.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at contact@roovalabs.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
EU / UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in addition to our guarantee above. To exercise this right, email contact@roovalabs.com. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products may be subject to standard consumer-protection limitations under local law.
Subscription orders
Recurring subscription orders can be canceled anytime before renewal (see our Subscription Policy). Once a renewal has shipped, our standard return terms apply.
