Subscription Policy

At ROOVA Labs, our subscription is built to be simple, transparent, and cancel-anytime. There are no lock-ins, no hidden fees, and no phone calls required to stop.

How the subscription works

When you choose a "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you're enrolling in a recurring order. This means:

  • Your first order ships at the discounted price shown on the product page.
  • After your first order, your subscription automatically renews at the recurring price and frequency clearly displayed on the product card before you check out (for example: "$69 every 90 days"). We never hide this price in fine print.
  • Your card is charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.
  • You'll receive a reminder email before every charge, so you're never surprised.

Recurring prices and frequency

The exact recurring price and delivery frequency depend on the kit you select and are shown on the product page and again in your order confirmation email. Welcome gifts included with your first order are a one-time bonus and are not included in renewals.

How to cancel — anytime, in one click

You can cancel your subscription at any time, before your next renewal date, in one of these ways:

  1. Log into your account at roovalabs.com and cancel from your subscription dashboard, or
  2. Email us at contact@roovalabs.com with the subject "Cancel subscription."

Cancellation is immediate for future orders. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no forms. We cancel using the same easy method you used to sign up, in line with FTC requirements.

Skip, pause, or change a delivery

From your account you can, at any time up to 48 hours before your next shipment:

  • Skip your next delivery
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your delivery date or frequency
  • Swap or update your kit

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you to update your payment method. We may retry the charge a limited number of times before pausing the subscription.
